Shipping Information

Important: If the parcel is broken or looks degraded, please check that the items in the box are not damaged. If they are, DO NOT sign the delivery as there will be no refunds if you accept it.

NEW: We are now shipping to most countries with the European Single Market. The shipping cost is calculated based on 30kg parcels. If the order weights over 30kg the shipping cost is multiplied by the number of parcels you are ordering. The cost per parcel does not apply for the following countries: Ireland, Northern Ireland, UK, Belgium, Netherlands & Luxemburg.

Dispatching time: orders are getting dispatched 4-5 working days after being received. For orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays, there will be an additional 1-2 working days delay. A confirmation email along with your tracking number will be sent to you when the order has been dispatched. Once an order is being dispatched, 98% of the time it gets delivered on the delivery time specified in the table below. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as misrouted parcel, damaged in transit, weather conditions or any other issues out of our control, it could take longer than that. To avoid any disappointment please make sure to place your order in advance as we don't take any responsibility for delays caused by the aforementioned circumstances.

Products that are not listed as out of stock are ready for dispatch. There are exceptions when we may run out of a product. If this happens, we can offer you a replacement. Our aim is to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

We are working with DPD for fast and reliable delivery service. The courier requires a signature for proof of delivery, which has to be signed by the person who receives the goods. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email from DPD with parcel tracking information. If the estimated delivery time does not suit you please get contact DPD with your tracking number to make arrangements.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for all orders of €50 or more for Ireland & Northern Ireland and for orders above €100 to Benelux.

Please Note: We do not deliver to off-shore Islands.  

Packaging:

Our products are packed in plastic bags as shown on the pictures below. For customers that are concerned about the environment, we can use paper bags to pack their products. Available for 500g and 1kg only, you could chose the paperbag option of packaging on some products where it's available.
