Terms and Conditions

By using/ordering from you are showing that you agree with our Terms and Conditions. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Orders can take up to 5 working days to be processed and dispatched. Dispatched orders can take up to 10 working days to be delivered depending on the country of destination. We are doing our best to dispatch the orders as soon as possible and we will not be held responsible for damages or losses that you, the customer, may incur due to the orders not being dispatched within 5 working days and delivered with 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you are providing the correct delivery address and postcode or eir code. If you realise you did a mistake with the shipping address please contact us immediately as once an order has left our warehouse the address cannot be changed anymore. If you provide the wrong shipping address you will have to re-pay for the shipping and we will not:

  • issue a refund for the shipping fee
  • re-dispatch the order for free even if you received free delivery

Refunds & Returns Policy

You may request to return the goods for either replacement or refund from the day you've received the products if:

  • the products are expired.
  • the packaging is damaged or broken.
  • we misplaced your order and the products never arrived or you received the wrong products.

* If you request cancellation for any other reasons after placing the order, refunds can only be issued after deducting transaction processing & order handling charges as applicable.

If there are damaged goods or missing products/parcels you must notify us within 14 days from the day the courier delivered the goods, otherwise, there will be no refunds or replacements.

We do our best to make sure that all products that leave our warehouse are in perfect condition, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the goods received are in perfect order (eg. expired, missing, damaged, smelly, stale). If you start using the products with any of the mentioned issues we are not responsible for the damage these issues may cause.

** We'll not refund or accept returns of any products that are opened or damaged by you, the customer.

If you have changed your mind about a product or you have ordered the wrong item we will accept the return within 14 days and you are fully responsible for sending the product back to us at your own cost.

Nuts in bulk liability for physical defects of Goods is limited to the net sales price of Goods.
Nuts in bulk shall not be liable for lost profits, irrespective of a legal basis of claims addressed towards it is not liable for indirect damages or caused by interruptions in activity, costs of a product recall, costs related to the processing of Goods or combining them with other Products, costs of production, costs of loss of contractors.

  • Coupons must be used until the date stated in the email you received the coupon with.
  • Expired or used coupons are not valid and we can not accept them under any circumstances. 
  • You are allowed to use only one coupon per order.
  • Coupons do not apply to the shipping fee. For example, if the cart value is €50 when you apply a 5% discount coupon, the total will become €47.5, therefore, you'd have to spend another €2.5 to get free shipping.


We accept all major credit/debit cards, Pay with PayPal and cash on collection.

We store only the minimum amount of information from you necessary to make a transaction. We never store your credit/debit card details. All credit/debit card payments are handled by our processor Stripe. Additionally, we use PayPal only for users who have an account with PayPal so they can pay without having to enter their credit card/debit card details.

When you save your credit/debit cards for future payments you give permission to Outlet Wholefood Company Ltd. T/A as Nuts in Bulk to:

  • charge your card without having to re-enter your credit/debit card details every time you make a purchase.
  • charge your card on your behalf when placing orders by email and want to avoid us contacting you to provide your credit/debit card details.
  • charge your card when your statement is due in the scenario where you have a credit account with us.

When you save your credit/debit card with us for future payments, we're not uploading/saving anything on our servers. We send all data encrypted to Stripe and in return, we receive a token which we use for current or future payments.

If you are a customer on credit and you've agreed to charge your credit/debit card, all your statements will be cleared 3 days after the end of the month. An email notification will be sent to you 3 days prior to when the payments will occur along with the statement details. If you wish to stop a payment you need to notify us as soon as possible.

Note*: if the card provided has insufficient funds and you refuse to update your payment details, penalties and late charges may apply.


All prices are shown in Euro or British Pound and are inclusive of the current rate of Irish Value Added Tax (23%).

Food Safety

Food safety and hygiene is our top priority. We would also like to assure you that all goods are stored and handled in a professional and hygienic manner at all times. Even though the farmers and manufacturers put all the efforts to remove the seeds, stones or foreign objects from the product, some may remain, therefore, it is your responsibility to check the product before consumption or production. We will not be held responsible for any damage incurred by any seeds, stones or foreign objects found in the product.

We source our products from every corner of the World. The Country of origin, shelf life, etc can sometimes change depending on the market, harvest season, market availability, etc. Every care is given to make sure our website reflects the most up-to-date information. If you have any specific questions relating to the country of origin, shelf life, certifications, allergens, etc please contact us at before your purchase and we will be happy to assist you.


  • For larger wholesale units that comes in original supplier packaging, suppplier allergen policies apply.
  • For smaller retail units that we re-pack our allergen policy apply. Our products are packed in an environment that also handles nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, mustard, celery, gluten, soy, milk and sulphured fruits.

Nutritional Information

All the nutritional information found on our website and labels are provided by the producers of the products, therefore we can not be held responsible for any misinformation that those may have.


To keep the reviews fair and honest without interference from an outside source all the reviews submitted through our website are written by our customers. When a customer submits a review/rating for a product or our services her/his email gets verified against our order's history. If that email exists in our database only then a review will be accepted in our system. Any customer who submitted a review previously cannot write another review in order to avoid duplication and interference with our rating system. If you wish for your review to be taken down please contact us and we will destroy it from our database within 30 working days.

Sustainable Packaging Options.

At Nuts in Bulk, we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact. We currently offer paper bag packaging for a selection of our products.

Product Suitability: Paper bags are ideal for lighter items (up to 1kg) due to their weight limitations and to ensure product safety during transport. Natural oils from certain products can compromise the integrity of paper bags, by default, items will be shipped in plastic packaging.

Availability and Selection: You will have the option to choose paper bag packaging during checkout if it's available for your chosen products and quantity. Since this is the only way to request paper-bag packaging, any notes requesting paper bags will be disregarded. We are continuously working to expand the range of products suitable for paper bag packaging.

Transparency and Responsibility: While we strive for eco-friendly packaging whenever possible, it's important to note that paper bags are susceptible to tearing during transit. In such instances, we will do our best to ensure the inner contents are protected. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that we may not be able to offer refunds for damage or loss of product solely due to torn paper bags.
