Ordered in Ireland. Requested 5kg popcorn to be packaged in 500 gram bags. This was ignored. Other than that packaging was supurb and items arrived less than a week after purchasing on weekend. Items stored in glass used alternative recycled cardboard packaging as replacement for bubble wrap. Popcorn kernals in 5kg bag intact with no visible defects. Very pleased. Would order from again.

The product ( 4 x 1kg. packages of inulin powder) is fine. However one of the packages had burst open with the spillage turning into a messy syrup. The box itself was intact but I feel there was insufficient buffer protection for such a heavy cargo. I reported it back with photographs. A token of compensation ( not offered) would have been helpful.
