The powder is super fine, very ductile and can be mixed with other powders. The flavor is neutral, slightly toasted. The powder comes packaged in two packs: one of thin plastic, and one in double paper. I have stored the powder for 6 months in the house, and it remained intact.

I purchased the nutritional yeast for use in a small food business. This yeast does not taste the same or as good as the yeast that I have been using thus far and I won’t be using it for the business I had in mind and will have to source more from elsewhere. This yeast tastes relatively good but you should be aware that it may not taste the same/as good as other nutritional yeast products.
