Delicious and yummy and nutritious, ideal if you are not able to cook or spend much time preparing a meal, these mixed dried fruits really give you what you need and are healthy
The fruit mixture are fruits which arent overly sweet when dried, so, I feel that they are much healthier and do not cause sensitivity to teeth, because these dried fruits are not sugary like some dried fruits can be

Very good for high value items, and some things only available in smaller quantity in health shops etc. Other more commonly available items in some cases don't compete with supermarket prices unless you want very large quantities. Still, great to have this based in Ireland
